Hi, I ordered a new phone from Sky, I got it delivered today but when I opened it I discovered it was a tablet and not the phone I was expecting. So I need to know how I can return it. TIA

Hi @Padey you need to call sky to arrange the return, as long as you are still in the 31 day cooling off period, call on 150 from a sky sim.

If the wrong device has been sent then the correct one will not be sent until an investigation into how this has happened has been completed and this could well take a number of weeks.
