Received my new sim and it doesnt fit

My new sim from sky doesnt fit it is twice as big as my old one what do I do

Hi @Barbara81  if you look closely you should be able to push out the correct size sim.

@Barbara81   As per @63johnw  take a look at the sim card it has various siozes that you push out:

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
