Hi, I have really bad mobile signal all the time, it's the same for my partner and children. All our SIM cards are through sky who haven't been the best but never this bad. I struggle to even make a call. I wanted to give sky a chance to fix this out of loyalty to the brand but if need be we will leave sky altogether for a more reliable brand
