I've been having issues calling 0300 numbers the last week too - not specific outage on other calls. Is something not working still on the network?

Yep. Twelve days later and they have not succeeded in diagnosing the issue or communicating with me any progress on the matter.
Conclusion so far: I need to find a competent service provider other than Sky soon, unless they come up with a reason for the problem PDQ.
