Seems to be a recurring issue with Sky... Tried a few days last week and received the message you posted. After a few days called them up and they could not take payment over the phone due to 'glitching' all day and to wait 48hrs. Been 4 days now and tried again - same! 😟
Almost like they would rather the guaranteed monthly income than paid up accounts 🫤.

I have not called back yet. Will give it another day and possibly try them on Tuesday again.

Update: Again unable to pay online / in App but called and we managed to get one of them completed. Then seemed to be blocked from paying any of the others... HOWEVER... I was then able to do the rest online. All good again.
