Sky SIM will not connect to one particular landline

Hi

I have just taken out a Sky Mobile sim only contact and am having this very problem.  I seem to be able to receive and make calls to any number but am experiencing issues with my parents landline which is provided by Sky.

I can ring them but they can't seem to call me, they hear the "rings" but I get no notification on my phone telling me I have an incoming call.

Any Ideas?

They would need to phone Sky on the free 150 number to report it to Sky, giving them your mobile number so it can be sent through to another team to investigate.
