Hi. I returned mine yesterday with the prepaid label in the box provided and have a receipt from the post office too. But there was no label/invoice to include my details, will sky be able to scan something from the prepaid label to see it's from me?

That is correct as it will be scanned in so they will know who it if from. This can take a between 2-3 weeks though.
