Absolutely rubbish service by sky my son car got stolen I had my phone in it trying to block my SIM card customer service put me on hold after spoken to 2 people they tool my details and put my on hold how difficult is it to block the Sim been 20mins on hold

The only way to get the sim blocked is by calling Sky so you will need to stay on the phone for as long as you can.
