just wondering if you can move all your saved data out of one account to other account

as opened a account in my name and got a new phone on way but still got loads of data in my mums account that i don't want to lose

This isn't possible as you can't transfer data between two different accounts.

so have i got to use the date thats invtbat account first then as i have loaads

If you have loads of data then yes you will need to use it first is you are planning to move to your own account.
