I thought you transferred over everything to your new phone and sim , including the phone number.

If you get a pac code from your previous supplier and give it to Sky then they will transfer over your number on the next working day.

Hi, but if you're just upgrading with sky , already with them,can you just put your old sim in your new phone?

You can do yes.
You can't use a pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim.

If you want to keep your number, yes.
Any new SIM you activate will be in addition and will be a new number.
