I have sky mobile and at random it decides that I will not be able to hear the caller.

It is totally at random and does not discriminate as far as I can tell it is mobile to mobile that is affected.

very annoying.

You'd added to an old thread on the Talk board which is are issues with Sky Talk landlines. I've moved your post to the Mobile board as it seems to be a mobile issue you are experiencing not a landline issue.
