I want a replacement mobile that I can hear because I am hard if hearing

You might wish to register with Sky's Accessibility team who offer additional contact options for those hard of hearing.

You need to have a look on the Sky mobile website at what phones are available. Personally I'm not aware of any specifically aimed at customers with hearing issues.
Also, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these links:~
