Hi,

I have pre ordered Samsung s24ultra on 17/01/2024 and i need a invoice to claim the Samsung watch 6. I request you to provide me the purchase invoice to claim the watch.

We are all customers here so none of us you can supply you with this.

 

This is what you need to do to get your claim in:

 

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

 

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

 

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre


Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Hi @UmakanthTammali  the invoice number required for the claim is your agreement number minus the letters.
