@simpealan

Is it something we can help,with?

If the issue is not something we can help you with, call Sky by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Re: CONTACTING SKY

@simpealan Use the Contact Us option in the forum footer and hope that the online chat is available. If it isn't then ringing Sky is your only other option.

You can call free on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone.

Sky will not talk to me, they refer to a deadlock letter I do not have.tast there are

At least there seem to be real people here. The online chatbot is useless/stupid - it keeps telling me it has gone wrong and it asks me to repeat myself over and over.

Thanks for simplifying the duplicate thread. I'm comparatively naive here.

I'll try calling 150 later.

Re: CONTACTING SKY

Why can't I just reply to Sky Community emails?

@simpealan

Not sure what you're trying to do. The emails from the Community are just notifying you there has been a response on a thread you're following. That's all. I have emails switched off otherwise I'd have hundreds every day and never have the time to actually post anything.

Re: I have the suspicion that Sky's virtual assistant designed their current phone swap service?

The email asked if the Community had answered my question but it would not let me reply ' yes' or 'no'
