I cannot see my Mobile account or anything to do with it on the Sky App. I have 'linked it', but makes no differece.

Not sure whaat is going on. ANY help would be appreciated. 

I spend 90 mins [in total] waiting on the phone helpline today. Plus 30 mins when i got through, and everything was 'linked', but I still can't see any mobile element to my Sky a/c on the App.

Tried Chrome instead of Safari. Removed App and reinstalled. I'm exhausted TBH so help please if you can. And thanks!

If it is saying it is linked then are you signed in with your primary Sky ID, if you are then try contacting Sky via the social media links at the bottom of this page for help with this.

I have had the same issue 😕 think it's since the app updated, cant see my sim cards or my piggy bank I used to just go on an roll my data as I had hundreds of gb to use up 🤷 i had to ring up and get them to roll my data when I was on holiday as we both ran out 🤦

Thanks for your advice and comments. I've decided to cancel my Sky subscriptions - I can't see ANY Mobile account details either on the App or online [on the Sky website]. Sadly, I can't tolerate this situation - I can't have a standing order / direct debit for an amount I don't know, for data I don't know about, for calls or texts or whatever I'm not sure I made, on a date I don't know .... in perpetuity. It's a liability I can't afford I'm afraid.

Looks like O2 then.
