I phoned you a while back as my husband has passed away I wanted to cancel his phone but now I am having a problem making phone calls on my hand set.

If you contacted Sky to cancel his phone and they have done this then you will be unable to make calls on it.

Can you just clarify… did you and your late husband both have Sky mobiles and is it now yours that's not working after his was cancelled? Has the device been working okay since the other one was cancelled?
