I need proof of usuage from sky but nobody helping me from sky. Every person over the phone transfer the call from this to that department . I am calling everyday since feb 2025. The sky customer service not able to provide me proof of usuage .

  • I need proof of usuage where showing the item is from from which date to which date . And also imei number provide. I call to sky more than 1000 time in 3 months . Still not able to get proof of usuage. I go through every department but nothing recieved.

The proof of USAGE is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to look for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc. That is all Sky will provide.
