Could somebody private message me? I've exactly the same issue. Already raised an official complaint with Sky. I don't know if they are aware that it is a wider issue. I transferred my number on Tuesday. Can't make or receive calls, I get "the person you are calling is on another call" every time I try to make a call. Agents in the call centre say it's an issue with the local mast. It's not, I went to Manchester or Friday some 30 miles away from home. Still the same issue.  

I can send messages on iMessage and WhatsApp when connected to Wi-Fi. The moment I leave home the phone is useless. I may as well turn it off. 

I've had no updates from sky, the website says the mast issue in my post code has been resolved. It hasn't. 

I've seen countless posts on here with people experiencing the same issue. I just hope that Sky have recognised it's a wider issue and communicate this to their customers. 

My phone hasn't worked since Wednesday. It's just not good enough.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I changed over to Sky from EE in October and since the ive never been able to make and receive calls, only on Whatsapp as long as there is wifi, sky have not been able to help i was told ot was the Mast, kept fobbing me off, saying will call me back never did, so i too raised an offical complaint and now have my pac code and going to go elsewhere! 
This is clearly a big issue for sky
