Re: Can’t manage account

I bought an iPad on contract but I can't find the details, when I log in to it if the app it shows other devices not that one and when I follow the link to view my bill from it, it glitches out saying couldn't open page to many redirects so how am I supposed to manage my account when the website just takes me to the buy and new phone instead of manage my account? 
please help as I'd like to change the billing date to the date the others come out

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
