I'm having this problem. I ordered a laptop last year and then 2 weeks ago ordered an iPad. I thought I used the same account as that's all I have? But now I can't find anything to do with the iPad.
i have emails confirming my order but i can find anything on the sky app.
im not sure what im meant to do from here?

So they can check what account it is on I would suggest contacting Sky tomorrow about this.
Under “Need more help” might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
You can also contact Sky via social media:
