ROI - Physical SIM not arrived, SKY app says it did

Hi All,

 

I have purchased a new SIM this Monday. The application SKY app says the SIM was delivered however I can confirm I do not have it.

Should I wait this out or does this confirm the letter containing the SIM was delivered to the wrong address?

You could always wait a few days and if it still hasn't appeared then order yourself another one and should you end up with two of them make sure you only activate the one then the other will be auto cancelled.

I have done just that, ordered a second SIM on Thursday, only for the app to say it was delivered on Thursday without actually doing so. I still have no SIM. 

How long have people waited for a SIM deliveryin Ireland, am I being unreasonable.

Hey, the same thing happened to me, first one I ordered never arrived but second one came within 2 days, I had waited a few days for the first one and called customer care to order a new one, I was told it was an issue due to high demand, they struggled to get all requested sims out.

The online tracking said it was delivered on both my ones the day the order went in also, so id ignore that.

Unfortunately I had to request a replacement one last Thursday again as Volte isn't working at all on the SIM they sent me. I had an email that evening that it has been sent by express post. 

Have you received this email? If so I reckon it will arrive tomorrow for you.
