Purchased a new phone but it's not showing in my devices

I purchased a new phone as a christmas present, we've gone to activate the sim and the device isn't showing in manage my devices

You have 30 days to activate the sim or it will have been cancelled so is this time up yet ?

Yes, it was purchased as a christmas present, so we've only just tried to activate the Sim

So if the 30 days are up you will need to order a new sim by selecting a data package for if from here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

 

Make sure you order it on the same account that your device is on and when it arrives you should be able to activate it via here:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/activate-sim/1/with-code
