I have lost my phone and require Proof of Blacklisting and Usage Document to make my insurance claim. I have spoken to the call centre and the only confirmation provided was for the call.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
