Hello, I have been trying since Friday to pay off my credit agrement & upgrade my phone on botg thw Sky App & the website but everytime i try i keep getting Tecnical error its not you its us when trying to pay my credit agrement & when trying to upgrade my phone all i get is Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now can anyone help me with this matter & how it can be fixed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are seeing technical errors then only way to off your credit agreement and order a new phone is by calling Sky on 150. If you do call them say nothing when the bot asks you about your call as it should then route you to an advisor.
