Hi, over the weekend i began to transfer over my number from o2 to sky.. all went well and my number changed over. I was setting up my banking apps and they have been trying to send me one time passwords to verify that its me.. i havent received any of these texts so i rang my bank and they said they have sent me 4 messages to the correct number with the code (which i havent received). i changed my number to the correct number on the phone settings on my iphone as it was set to my temporary number.. this morning around 12:30pm. Does it take a few hours for the number to final register with the phone after changing it on the phone setting?

Hi @Rachy2000,
What banks or organisations are you not receiving OTP's from? We have unblocked a lot of these from banks, NHS, gov websites etc but if you can be specific I can see about getting it resolved?

Whatsapp, Danske bank, payapl, any app i try it wont let me receive OTP

@Clareridds i have been trying Danske bank, whatsapp, paypal.. anything i try that needs OTP...

We have had our phones for almost a month and still one of them not receiving very important OTP.
it has been ongoing since we got the phones and, we have made 6 calls in total. still not resolved.
Try Phoning 150 which is Sky's direct number if you are a customer.

Having same issue with santander and capital one. Pretty annoyed with sky thus far having only just joined @Clareridds
