No network coverage issues.
Already tried requesting network settings. No response from Sky.
Don't know what the network settings are. It is an utterly farcical situation given that the only user requirement was to move a SIM to a new phone from the same manufacturer.

Thank you for your assistance though. It is more than Sky can offer.

The network settings are what is needed for the device to be able to connect to the phone network from Sky.

Is there not another problem? If I have no mobile connection how can Sky send the network settings data to my mobile number?

They will not resend the network settings despite numerous requests to do so?

That is why I did say:
This might not work if you are having signal issues
And also said that you could try creating the setting yourself.

So without a phonecall or an email there is no solution? And Sky don't seem to do phonecalls or emails.....
