hi, I've got my mobile data and broadband like half year maybe more and I wanna upgrade for a new phone but I always decline. I don't know where is the problem. Thank you for the answer

You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.
