Problem with a call

Strange one see if anyone can answer I can make and receive calls so can my daughter but she can ring me but I can't ring her it goes to answer phone

@Lulu2010  First thing is can your daughter receive calls from other people ok?

it would seem strange that it would only happen to yourself unless she has inadvertently somehow but some kind of block on your number her end

No block that I can find that's why it's so strange

Yes she can plus she can ring me which is why am confused

Is your daughter on Sky Mobile or a different network ?

Sky mobile just like me, her dad and her brother

And it is just you who when you ring her goes to her voicemail and that calls from your Dad and brother do not ?

Yeah they can still ring her

Has she got voicemail turned off, if so see what happens if she turns it on then back off again:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

She would then need to do this again.

It was on and have just turned off and no change

Then all I can suggest it to call Sky on 150 to see if they can help.
