Problem accessing info on my account -

I have a mobile sim only account with Sky mobile (the only Sky product that I have ever had as far as I can recall) subscribed to in 2019 at which point I recorded log in details (username & password). I have tried to log in today (for likely the first time since I set up the account) which takes me to a SKY ID (which I have no record of creating - I am quite good at recording such info with a folder for all of the family mobile phones - this is the only one with Sky). I cannot access any account details from here and have found records of others on this community page having had similar problems. I understand that my account needs to be linked to my SKY ID. when I follow links to do so (using my name, postcode and bank account details to identify the mobile sim account) I receive a message saying my account has already been linked, but no info on where it is linked to. The sim card is in a phone used by my wife who is currently abroad, She has received a message saying that she is halfway through her spending cap and I wish to amend the cap if I can. We have never received a similar message on previous trips abroad. Obviously she is anxious that her phone will stop working.

Skys AI chat feature has almost resulted in me launching my laptop across the room! Any help would be gratefully received.

Thank you for that, I had high hopes when the description suggested that the user name associated with my account could be retrieved using my bank account details (from which monthly direct debits are collected) however this is not an option when I click the SKY ID link, the only options are for a '12 digit Sky account number' or a '9 digit viewing card number', neither of which I have. I have checked emails from when the sim was set up which just includes a 2 letters + 10 digit reference, which was not accepted. I'll see if I can find any other options, thank you.
