Price increase

Sky say they promise not to increase your price mid Contract, so why has my bill went from £36 a month to £42 when there have been no additional charges?

Any roaming charges, any picture messages sent, and non inclusive calls made? What does the breakdown of your most recent bill say it's for?

Do you have just a phone or a phone and sim and if you do have the sim have you had this for more than 12 months as sim contracts are for just 12 months.
