Then insert the new SIM (Sky).
When did you request the transfer as they are not processed over weekends.

Requested to switch over yesterday afternoon and me phone went off at 4 this morning .. can't use o2 om new phone as its locked and doesn't work sadly .Am still able to use Internet on phone luckily tho for WhatsApp etc .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you gave Sky your PAC code yesterday then as it was a Sunday it will be as if you gave them the code today so all being well the number should transfer over sometime tomorrow.

o2 has gone off now and sky sim still not active been over an hour now 😫

All sorted , went to a sky retailer by me and had a new sim fitted. All working fine now , cheers for the advice 👍
