Porting number over to Sky

I have moved to Sky Mobile from Virgin and I completed the steps to Port when ordering the phone. 

 

I have activated the eSIM but 48 hours later and the number on new phone still new 089 number and Virgin number/phobe still active. 

 

There is no contact number to speak to anyone - all help appreciated.
