Ported number on Tuesday and can’t receive texts

I ported my number from EE on Tuesday and received a text to say it was all complete. Everything on the phone is working but I can't receive any texts. I can send them ok just not receive. I've done the typical trouble shooting and checked my number is in settings correctly and it is so just unsure what else it could be? Has anyone else had the same issue?

Have you tried a reboot of your phone ?

Yes tried reboot, taking SIM card in and out. Nothing is working. Do I need a new SIM card? Not sure what else I could possibly try.
