Port in fail?

Good Afternoon

 

Today I ported in from o2 and lunchtime I recieved an email saying it was all complete.

 

So far everything seems ok apart from a couple of issues.

 

No incoming calls from 02 & Tesco MVNO- Callers get a message saying the number is currently unavailable and try again later.

 

I tested all other networks which work fine.  I called Sky and they say the port is only partially done and to wait until Saturday before I use my number. Never had a port take more than a day before,

 

02 eSim has been disabled so cannot use that anymore.

 

Visual Voicemail isn't working, I just get a text asking me to call in on 759

 

Any advice?

The only advice we can get is for you to follow the advice given by Sky and that is to wait until it fully completes as partial ports like this do happen sometimes for reasons unknown so might fully complete over the next few days.
