Poor service, even worse customer service

Had terrible service abroad recently, 5 minutes to load s simple app or web page, came home filled in a complaint form and in the 8 days since i complained i havnt heard a single thing back, will be cancelling contract at the end of month.

As long as you're not subject to a minimum term then you can give Sky 31 days notice to cancel.

Sky don't guarantee an issue free service abroad. No ISP does. 

With any complaint Sky have 8 weeks to resolve an issue but if the complaint was solely about service abroad then I doubt you'll hear much back other than acknowledging the complaint and then closing it.
