You are not alone.
Mobile coverage for me at home is appalling despite what Sky's coverage map claims.
I can sometimes get one bar if I stand on one leg inside the wardrobe up in the spare room. Quite dark in there and very uncomfortable. I've had to tell friends to try the landline before even attempting a call to my mobile.
I've managed to set up Wi-Fi calling and (amazingly) it seems to work.
Sky's mobile signal is useless. Maybe they haven't paid their 02 bill or something.
