Poor mobile signal

I have recently moved from O2 to Sky Mobile and changed my iPhone SE 2020 model to the iPhone 15 Pro.

I now find I have poor signal in areas where my old phone worked fine. I have read that Sky Mobile use the O2 transmitters, so surprised why the 15 pro is so bad?? I have the same style of case on my new phone so it's not that. Any help please.

Re: Poor mobile signal

I had fantastic service til one of the masts in my area went out of action earlier this year, now within a 5/6 mile radius I have no phone signal which isn't great for living rural or when we have power cuts as I've found out recently

spoken to sky & get the same old & no resolution to the issues
