I have been really struggling with mobile data, this is especially poor in busy areas. Sky customer services advised me to reset Network Settings, then texted me to say they would send a handset configuration for Internet Browsing GPRS, but I've heard nothing since, so I don't know if this happened! The text indicated that I had to accept the settings and I haven't been asked! The mobile data service rfemains indifferent at best.
I have spent 80 minutes on the phone to Sky trying to make sense of this and got absolutely nowhere, and have been waiting for their promised call back for almost a week.
Please can someone tell me how to move this forward!

Does any mast issues show here for you:
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile
if not did you manage to save the settings as it isn't clear from your post if you did or not. If not then try sending them from here to your phone:
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
