Poor customer service

I have just returned from SA where my phone was stolen. I ordered a new phone and replacement SIM and i cant activate them as the account is 'restricted.' I have spoken to 2 representatives as the first one didn't follow up as promised and have been on live chat today and keep getting told the account is restricted due to billing. I have 2 credit searches on my credit file due to the poor service. There is £0 due on the account and all been paid per the direct debit. From a customer journey perspective the service is absolutely terrible and the AI couldn't be further from reality and a stringent black and white scripting.
