Poor Spend cap sercices

A year ago my services failed whilst abroad. It turned out to be a low spend cap. Useless if you don't have internet to get on and increase. 2hrs later on phone to Sky ringing UK from Sydney, it was cracked.

Now in the UK, preempting future needs, I logged on to my account, took the link option to increase cap only to get I think error 400 then the smallest writing it feels deliberately to stop is reading it. I've tried 4 times, same message. I also had this a year ago when abroad.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I finally found that taking the link never works. But singing in then going to sim amendment on my account. Into 'Plan and data settings' then option amend. Solved own issue- eventually

Yes I agree, it's very difficult to change your spend cap whilst abroad and the links take you around in circles.

Re: Poor Spend cap sercices

Thanks for taking the time to reply. This has been so for a number of years as also encountered over a year ago. Might it be escalated for eventual resolution. I'd imagine most customers want to increase limits when abroad. Any prompt of approaching limit would be logical point to give hyper link to adjust. I'd suspect Sky is loosing business as well as causing frustration. Many thanks.
