I've looked on my sky account and it's said "out of plan charges this month" I'm wandering what that means

Hi @OliverT16 out of plan charges include using extra data outside of your plan, sending premium rate text or mms (picture) messages, calling numbers not included in your allowance/plan.

@OliverT16 As customers like you we cannot see your bill, there should be a blue down arrow next the this, click, what does it say?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
