From searching Google it seems it's not just Sky customers that are being affected. It's appalling that nobody seems to be able to get any sort of explanation

For me that is the most frustrating thing.  If they said there is a back log and it will be a week then that's fine.  It's the lack of knowledge and then the guessing

You have 31 days to change your mind when you actually receive it .

they told me I can't cancel it now I told them their own policy .

so I rang complaints department and they are now in the process of cancelling the order

When they told me mine was "stuck" in the system, they said they would cancel it and re-order. I now have 2 orders showing coming soon!!! I was told this afternoon that it should update, but that if 2 get delivered, just to refuse the second one. Ha!!! I'll be lucky to receive one. It's a complete debacle.

My latest update is mine has been cancelled so went to order again but old one is still showing on the account and not cancelled.  Ridiculous. Now waiting on them to ring me.  Won't hold my breath

Cancelled mine after ringing sky complaints department it's all sorted now . CANCELLED got sick of waiting

Nope, actually got a reply from the complaint email I sent telling me they could help but needed me to verify I was the account holder first 🤦‍♀️so I did that and heard nothing since!

I've just tried to post the number it wouldn't let me . I rang the complaints department

I did, and all I got told was that it shows the original order has been cancelled on my account, despite it still showing as in progress on My Sky and to just refuse it if it turns up.! I'm now waiting for a call from the investigation team, but who knows how long that will take!

I have pretty much exactly the same experience penny.  Told me today to wait till the end of the week to see if it gets delivered

I got told it's on its way will be here tomorrow then told the colour isn't in stock do I want another colour then told wait till end of week all in the space of 5 minutes I refused and took it further got it resolved today it's disappeared now off my app
