Pixel 9a trade-in offer - "Voucher Expired"

I transferred to Sky Mobile last week and choosing the Pixel 9a to get the £150 bonus trade-in offer I now find when I go to skytradein.co.uk that my new Pixel 9a IMEI gives "Voucher Expired". 

Sky Trade-in are telling me to talk to Sky Mobile and Sky Mobile are telling me to talk to Sky Trade-in.

I satisfied all the criteria for the offer but it seems impossible to complete the trade in with the voucher code, and I don't want to complete it without the voucher code as they might say I didn't put the code in.

• Order a Google Pixel 9a from Sky Mobile between 1st April 2025 and 14th April 2025 to be eligible for this offer.
• To redeem the £150 trade-in bonus, use the IMEI code of your new Google Pixel 9a as the promotional voucher code.
• Once the trade-in has been validated, you will receive an extra £150 on top of the trade-in value of your old device.
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Seems like Sky reneging on this offer and I don't know what to do. The bonus pays for 6 months of monthly contract so its very frustrating.

Hi @Bob64  this isn't sky CS here so other than preserving on the phone all you can do is register a formal complaint.

After persevering on the phone today, Sky Tradein have refered the issue to their management, but with a likely resolution by April 23rd. This puts it 13 days after my order, which is only 1 day to the deadline for claiming the trade-in deal. I have pointed this out but received no reply. I am hoping the management come back to me in shorter timeframe.

Thank you for the link, I have now submitted a formal complaint while I await the response from Sky Trade-in.
