I have taken advantage of Skys trade in promo on the google pixel 10 offer of £200 enhanced trade in offer. After a week of speaking to the trade in team because my google pixel 8 IMEI number wasnt on their system, i dont have the promo code anywhere to get the enhanced trade in, i am getting absolutley nowhere with the trade in team, ive been waiting a week for a response from sky, the trade in was a method of setteling my other contract early, I am getting absolutley nowhere with Sky its like talking to a brick wall, I have also asked to cancel my agreement, but they wont let me beacuse i havent been asked to set up security questions, its an absolute joke, any help support or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i have spent hours on hold, passed from pillar to post, and nothing on live chat, is the ombudsman the next place to go?
