Piggybank

OMG! I have tried and tried to find where I can roll over data from my piggybank and cannot see how. It's so frustrating. PLEASE can anyone help! With clear instructions! I get as far as logging in and it asks for the bank account last fidgets then says there's an error. I've tried the last 3 days. 
The annoying thing is I've done it twice before but I cannot remember how I did it!!!!!!!

PLEASE before I throw this phone!!! Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Hi there, I have the same problem, and I have no solution I'm afraid,  in the end I had to call sky who rolled over my data for me, which doesn't solve the problem as I still don't know how much data I have remaining. So,so frustrating 😑
