Hi can I use my 256gb left in my piggy bank towards my mobile bill as I no longer have a sky sim

When you cancel the last SIM on your account then the piggybank expires.
(And the piggybank cannot be used to pay bills anyway)

It still says I have the 256gb in my piggy bank as I still have the phone but not sim with sky

Well it may drop off at any point.
If you can still use it then I believe you can get £20 off a new phone for 50GB.
