Hi, my sky piggybank won't show on my app or online, just keep getting directed to new phones to buy page. I cant access how much i have in piggybank or roll it over. Any ideas please

Thanks Lisa, i'm on the chat but they disappear for 10 minutes after each question? After filling in form to be verified i'm now waiting 19 minutes?

Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. Also if you fail to respond to each message from Sky within 48 hours the chat will automatically close. Replies on the chat aren’t instant so keep checking the chat thread regularly.

That is correct @Matthew2488 as it is not a live chat so they will get back to you in time.

I joined the chat straight away and i've been on there 30 minutes and not even been verified, never left the chat for a minute, very slow........................................

I am also having issues with the piggy bank.
I have had the same issue ever since I took out my phone contract with sky over 1 year.
error message below:
Sorry, we can't load your Piggybank rewards at the moment.

We have been informed that the Piggybank Rewards section is being rebuilt and that it will hopefully be available again in August. In the meantime if you call Sky (free by dialling 150) they can sort out any rewards for you.
