Find out moreHi @HughJass and @Claudia.D if you use the my sky app and go to the mobile tab then scroll to the bottom there should be a piggybank options tab. Click on that then scroll to the bottom to see your piggybank activity. What does it say there for where the data has gone ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long have you been a Sky Mobile customer because data in the piggybank stays there for 3 years only so data that was rolled into your piggybank 3 years ago will have been removed.

Ive been with Sky mobile around 4 maybe 5 years now however I was only on an 8GB a month contract so the most that should dissapear from one moth to the next, if its over 3 years old, should be 8Gb shouldn't it?

Hi, after I asked I managed to find the part you have mentioned and some other information.
It says expiried, I had no idea that they only kept the data for three years so I've probably lost much more over time too as I've had my contract for over three years. Thankyou for your assistance

Yes, it appears data has expired on 24th April and then also on 8th May, which seems odd, but explains where my data has gone

Mine was a pretty random date too.
It's strange isn't it and not very well described.
I recieved my new device today, I said I didn't want a SIM but have received one anyway so I'm a little confused 🤔
If seems this service is more confusing these days

It could be that just over 3 years earlier you topped up a large amount of data to your moblie and any other linked mobiles but did not use all of the amount topped up and it subsequently got returned to the piggy bank and then had a new 3 year life. You could scroll back in your piggy bank history to 2020 to see if this is the case.
Sky have just announced that data in customers' piggy banks will now expire after 12 months therefore make sure you transfer any data that is over 12 months old onto your phone so that when it is returned to your piggy bank it will have a new 12 month life.
