Piggybank Issues

I've been trying to roll data to a sim and the balance is going down but it isn't actually going on. This has been happening for a while and all the solutions that have been given have brought us no joy. 


Any ideas?

You haven't said what solutions you've tried but as this has been going on for a while and you seem to be losing the data you're moving over it may be prudent to call Sky and report it.
