I have rolled back a total of 27gb of data from my piggyback over the last 2 weeks and not a single byte has been added to my sim.
ive contacted sky several times and they say they are working on it but I'm still stuck with a phone that is useless unless I'm on wifi
ive tried to ring sky but just get cutoff
I've seen many similar issues raised on here but not an answer
can anyone help me?
im going to go to another supplier if I don't get resolution and compensation for the abysmal service
